The Store Policy on this page refers solely to the policies for website’s store orders. Any affiliate links and purchases from other stores go with their own site and businesses. Please refer to those site policies for dealing with refunds and returns on their items.


In general, the refund and returns policy lasts 30 days for products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. See below for non-returnable and non-refundable items. Coaching sessions at this time are managed on contract terms and will abide by those terms in our contract.

To be eligible for a product return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable/non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products such as eBooks
  • Sale Items

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your product return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

If you are approved for refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


I only replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at, and we will set up a exchange. eBooks are not exchangeable but can be resent if there is a problem with the file and a copy of the order’s receipt provided by customer.
